Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in new and unused condition and/or unopened. No products which are past the expiration date will be accepted. Any refunds will be issued upon satisfactory delivery to the address listed above. No exceptions to this policy will be made. Special order items are not returnable.
Most orders will ship within 1-2 days. Backordered items will ship as soon as product becomes available. Shipping charges are calculated based on actual shipping weight. Shipping charges will be added to final invoice, All items, unless otherwise noted will be shipped out via UPS Ground.

Karsay Coffee is authorized to sell K-Cups and Brewers only to Office & Food Service locations in the US & Canada. Home consumers may call (732) 545-5730 and place their order.
